FGFE partnership

Currently, four Friends of the Global Fund organisations exist around the world :

Friends organisations form together an advocacy network aiming at promoting the Global Fund, helping mobilizing resources to its benefit and developing high-quality programs through advocacy and information sharing, communication and public policy initiatives at regional level.

Each « Friends » organization is led by its own Board of Directors and is legally and financially independant from the Global Fund as they are from each other. Their advocacy efforts and initiatives are coordinated with the Global Fund to ensure a coherent and relevant global advocacy strategy.

Like the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, “Friends of the Global Fund Europe” considers that partnerships are critical to effectively fight the three pandemics.

It works in close and regular collaboration with all key players in development and international health.
